About Training the Tribe
Creative experiences. Practical ministry.
Training the Tribe helps churches build ministry environments people actually remember, and trains the volunteers who bring them to life.
Meet Dean Houdeshell
More than two decades serving in children’s ministry.
Dean speaks at church conferences and conventions about creating experiences that bring the Bible to life. He also leads hands-on workshops that help lay leaders grow in the work of kids ministry.
The approach blends biblical teaching with visual storytelling, including live balloon artistry and a 20-minute mime presentation, “From the Garden to Golgotha.”
